An often over looked key to marketing is based on the type of business you have. That is to say that any given location may be successful for some businesses but not others. More specifically are you retail, service or manufacturing. Do you only sell or service at the business location or at the clients location. Do you rely on very specific genre of customers or a broad spectrum. Is high customer volume needed to get impulse sales? Can you target a specific audience or mass media. These are but a few items that impact how a location needs to be selected as well an many often overlooked, but key attributes to a great location.
